President – JB Metcalf – DealerTrack Technologies ( president@dayton.iiba.org)
JB Metcalf is a Business Analyst with extensive customer service, product development, and project coordination experience in various industries including automotive dealerships, government, and logistics.  As a business analyst, he has gathered and documented requirements, designed software and UI designs to meet customer functional requirements, prioritized customer requests and defects, monitored application functionality against specifications using quality metrics, and managed communication and expectations between the customer and development teams.  JB has met the requirements from IIBA to become Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).

VP Education – Rita Haberlandt – Luxottica Retail Group( education@dayton.iiba.org)
Rita is a Lead Business Analyst with Luxottica Retail Group.  She was previously a Senior Business Analyst with HP where she was on the BA Technical Council. Rita has been CBAP certified since 2011 and is a member of the IIBA.

VP Communications – Matt Cardarella – Assurant ( communication@dayton.iiba.org)
Matt Cardarella is a Business Analyst with business analysis, web development, project management, content management and testing experience in the retail and insurance industries.  As a business analyst, he has led several requirements elicitation efforts along with business process re-engineering and interface design initiatives to meet and exceed customer expectations.  Matt is quite familiar with liaising between IT and the various business stakeholders throughout the companies with which he has been a part.
 
VP Operations – Annette Retter - Taylor Communications ( operations@dayton.iiba.org)
Annette Retter manages a team of business analysts and quality assurance analysts for all backoffice applications at Taylor Communications.  Additional roles that Annette has held include Business Architect, Business Consultant, Project Manager and Software Engineer.  Annette believes in the importance of understanding business needs and desired outcomes regardless of whether you use agile or more traditional software development lifecycle  methodologies  and is therefore always looking for new and innovative ways of engaging with business partners.N

VP Finance – Kevin Hobbs – Sogeti USA ( finance@dayton.iiba.org) 
Kevin is a Business Analyst that has experience in training, change management, project management, and product development.  He has worked on a variety of internal and customer facing products within the automotive and case management industries.  As an analyst, he has performed requirements elicitation, use case development, and creation of workflow documentation as well as other project management duties.  Kevin is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

VP Marketing - Kenton Lewis – Sogeti USA ( marketing@dayton.iiba.org)

Kenton is a business analyst who, through consulting, has gained a wide range of experience in different industries utilizing many different tools and techniques. He graduated from Wright State University with a degree in Management Information Systems. Since becoming a chapter member in 2012 he has enjoyed seeing it grow and aid in his development as a business analyst.
