According to our By-Laws, half of the Board of Directors positions are up for election each year:
VP of Operations
VP of Education
VP of Finance
VP of Marketing
VP of Communications
Call for Nominations goes out in January and February of each year. If the current Board of Directors elects to recommend a slate of officers up for election, they shall do so in April. Elections for the Board of Directors is to be held at the may Annual General Meeting of the Chapter. Only chapter members may vote to elect candidates to the Board of Directors.
Nominations for Board of Director positions are accepted from the Chapter membership during February and March of the calendar year. Those wishing to run for office should announce their intention by submitting the Board position for which they are running along with a short personal biography. Nominations will be accepted at firstname.lastname@example.org April 1st each year.
